The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. from Handphone medication among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the court below did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence inconsistent with logical and empirical rules, or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence or by misapprehending the legal principles on

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
