Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On June 15, 2012, at around 22:10 on June 15, 2012, the Defendant used approximately 1 km distance from the national bank located in the Dongducheon-si, to the front road of the old fire station located in the same city living together with the old fire station in the same city, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.090% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a small-scale Category C car owned by the Defendant.
