The establishment of the defendant Bupyeong-Gyeong University corresponds to the plaintiffs listed in the attached Table 2 attached hereto.

(a) The Busan National University, Busan Educational University, the Jeonju Educational University, the National Educational University, the Jeju National Educational University, the Jeju Educational University, the Jeju Educational University, and the Seoul National Institute of Science and Technology established and managed by the Republic of Korea;

(hereinafter referred to as “each national university of this case” in total. (b)

The Defendants are non-corporate associations that are equipped with the nature of a voluntary supporters' association for the insufficient educational facilities and operation expenses of each national university of this case.

C. The Defendants, with the consent of the president of each National University of this case, determined the business plan by the resolution of each board of directors of each of the Defendants, held the first board of directors each year to deliberate on the pertinent school year budget, and decided on the dues for membership fees accordingly.

After that, the notice of the enrollment fee issued to the revenue collection officer belonging to each national university of this case and the students wishing to register in the new semester under the names of the chairperson of each national university of this case to the effect that the enrollment fee, tuition fee, and dues for school supporting association should be paid in a lump sum. The above notice was divided into the amount of the entrance fee, tuition fee, and dues to be received by the above revenue collection officer and the dues for school supporting association to be received by the chairperson, but the payment

E. Accordingly, students paid admission fees, tuition fees, and dues for school supporting association in lump sum as stated in the notice of the above enrollment fees, and there was no case allowing the payment of dues for school supporting association separately from admission fees or tuition fees.

F. The Plaintiffs indicated in the attached Table 2 are the students or graduates of the Busan Educational University, and the amount of money equivalent to the stated “total Claim” stated in the corresponding table of the attached Table to the Busan Educational University. The Plaintiffs listed in the attached Table 3 are the students or graduates of the Busan Educational University, during the period of attending the Busan Educational University.
