1. On May 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) as to each real estate listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff, the Gwangju District Court Branch of the Gwangju District Court.
1. On May 18, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) donated each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant, his/her wife; and (b) completed the registration of ownership transfer for the reason of the said donation by the Gwangju District Court No. 6644 on the same day.
The above gift is a gift with the burden on the condition that the defendant support the plaintiff, and since the defendant did not perform the above obligation, the above gift will be cancelled.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for cancellation registration of ownership transfer registration in Paragraph (1) of this Article.
