Text
1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 71,840,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from June 24, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Damages for delay prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Dismissal shall be caused from the day following the day on which a copy of the complaint is served.
