A. On May 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a building design service agreement with the “Establishment Promotion Committee of the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Projects for the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Projects for the Housing Areas,” which was established in order to implement the housing redevelopment and improvement project at the king-si, 2009, 667, and was selected as the said project design business through the residents’ general meeting on February 26, 201.

B. On July 27, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a building design service agreement with the said establishment promotion committee with the following content:

(hereinafter referred to as “instant design contract”). Contract area: Contract amount of approximately 103,563.10 square meters (limited to the area of final business approval within a planning complex: Total floor area): 1,035,630,000 won (the service period of KRW 10,000 per square meter of the total floor area of a building, and value-added tax separately): The scope of the construction design service contract from the contract date to the inspection of use under Article 3 (the scope of contract, etc.) necessary for the housing redevelopment project implemented by the Defendant shall be the following design documents, the design documents necessary for the housing redevelopment project implemented by the Defendant,

1. Deliberation on construction plans and approval of project plans;

2. A building plan, basic design and working design;

3. Basic rescue plans and working plans (Calculation and calculation of the structure);

4. Equipment and fire-fighting design (basic and shop design);

5. Basics and shop designs (basics and shop designs);

6. Civil engineering designs within a complex (basic and shop designs);

7. Basic design within a complex (basic and shop design);

8. An aerial view, a dance, or a model map of a complex;

9. The construction design work 11. The construction specifications, site descriptions, the quantity calculation report, the specifications by type of work, the statement of design by type of work, and the statement of various design structure calculation before approval for the project related to the modification of the rearrangement plan; 10. The cost for the construction design work under Article 4 (Calculation and Payment Method of Price), such as consultation on the construction design work required by the Plaintiff, shall be paid in installments, and the cost for the construction work shall be 103,563,000 won at the time of the contract, the maintenance plan is completed, the completion of the construction deliberation, the completion of the construction approval, and the construction work shall be 207,126,00
