1. The defendant shall receive on February 28, 2006 from the Gwangju District Court with respect to the 2,780 square meters of Jeonnam-gun C paddydo-gun, Jeonnam-do-gun.

Reasons

1. Claim for cancellation of registration sought by subrogation of B on January 9, 2007 for the reason that the provisional registration stated in the purport of the claim was extinguished due to the expiration of the exclusion period of the right to complete the purchase and sale reservation (B) of the Plaintiff’s claim for reimbursement (B) of January 9, 2007 in order to preserve the claim for reimbursement (B).
