On November 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on December 6, 2014 in the Incheon District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court for the crime of causing property damage, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2014, and is currently under suspended sentence.

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 15:00 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim D in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si and the victim E together with the Fcafeteria operated by the victim E that the Defendant would not receive the victim E as a customer on the ground of the victim E’s aversion, such as having been discharged from, and going to, clothes under the influence of ordinary liquor, etc.; (b) expressed the victim E the victim E’s desire to “this e-mail, rings, and bitch bit of a bitch; and (c) expressed the victim D who delivered the bit of a bitch, “the same bit of a bitch bitch bitch bitch son,” and expressed the victim D who delivered the bit, “a bit of a bitch bitch bitch bit of a bitch bitch bitch.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the restaurant business of victims by force.

나. 피고인은 2015. 7. 1. 14:00경 부천시 소사구 G에 있는 피해자 H이 운영하는 I 식당에서, 피해자가 피고인이 평소 술에 취해 옷을 벗고 다니는 등 혐오감을 준다는 이유로 손님으로 받아주지 않자, 피해자에게 “이 좆같은 새끼, 씨발 새끼, 식당을 다때려 부숴버리겠다, 장사를 못하게 하겠다”라고 큰소리치고, 출입문 앞에 있던 플라스틱 의자를 들어 바닥에 집어던지는 등 소란을 피웠다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

C. On July 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00, at the construction site of the Victim K located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) took a bath to “Cmp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the removal work of the victim by force.

2. The Defendant causing property damage is out of the Defendant, at the time, and at the place, the date, time, and place specified in paragraph 1(a).
