Inasmuch as there is no dispute between the parties to the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the construction price of KRW 23,400,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum prescribed in the Commercial Act from May 1, 2014 to December 19, 2014, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, and 20% per annum prescribed in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
