1. The loan case against the Plaintiff’s Defendants was dated May 29, 2009, Sungnam Branch of the Suwon District Court (Seoul Branch Court Decision 2009Da32666).
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff filed an order to pay a loan with the Defendants under the Suwon District Court Sung-nam Branch 2009Da32666, and received a payment order from the said court on May 29, 2009, which became final and conclusive on July 11, 2009.
The plaintiff brought a lawsuit of this case for the interruption of the extinctive prescription of the loan claim finalized by the above payment order.
