A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
To order the defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
On September 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim C (V) who is a model-based multi-party victim; (b) accessed the model contract; (c) took photographs for publicity of the victim using the Defendant’s mobile phone at the E-free telecom located in Scheon-si; (d) took photographs for publicity of the victim; and (e) took photographs stored by the victim to be deleted; and (e) took photographs for publicity, and (e) took photographs again on October 1, 2016, around October 1, 2016.
1. A rape on October 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, at around 304, the victim, who completed a photograph for publicity, was able to take the body of the victim himself/herself on the ground of the defect that he/she intends to take in the bed from the bed; (b) on the ground that he/she was tightly divided the victim’s hand with his/her hand; and (c) on the part of the victim, he/she was able to have his/her hand over the victim’s hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant raped the victim as above.
2. The Defendant, a private person, entered into an exclusive license agreement with C at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph (1), made C enter into an exclusive license agreement with C, made C in advance to prepare one copy of the contract with the contract term of KRW 11,50,000,000 and two-year contract term, and was in custody of the said contract. From October 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017, the Defendant forged C’s seal with the signature of another person, as if he were C’s unmanned, for the purpose of exercising the contract at an irregular place.
On March 2, 2017, the Defendant investigated into the charge of rape described in paragraph 1 at the F Team office of the Macheon Police Station located in the Hocheon-si, Sincheon-si.
