1. The Defendant’s annual interest in KRW 128,275,843 and KRW 53,889,243 among the Plaintiff, from June 24, 2016 to July 18, 2016.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff issued two credit guarantee certificates to the relevant agricultural cooperative in accordance with the credit guarantee agreement with the Defendant. Under the above credit guarantee agreement, the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the amount of subrogation and the amount of delay damages, guarantee fees, fines for negligence, and the legal procedural expenses incurred by the Plaintiff for the performance of the guaranteed obligation and for the preservation of the relevant credit from the date of full payment to the date of full payment. The Defendant borrowed the above credit guarantee certificate from the above agricultural cooperative as collateral and incurred a credit guarantee accident after the Defendant borrowed it from the above agricultural cooperative, and the Plaintiff subrogated the above agricultural cooperative on July 24, 2006. As of June 24, 2016, the Plaintiff on behalf of the said agricultural cooperative. As of June 24, 2016, the amount of subrogated payment remains at KRW 57,356,638, substitute payment, KRW 109,041, KRW 74,2759, each of the damages rate for damages on the indemnity owed by the Defendant to the Plaintiff is 12% per annum or 12% per annum number Gap (including evidence number).
