On April 10, 2014, at around 17:25, the Defendant driven an E-observer car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 3 km section from the front of the 7th apartment zone in the Chuncheon City, Metropolitan City, Chuncheon, to the ground front of the Chuncheon-si.

The defendant, on August 4, 2005, received a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for the same crime in the same court on February 8, 201, and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act on the grounds of sentencing of the relevant criminal facts, and committed a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for the same crime in the same court on February 7, 201, a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for the same crime, and a summary order of KRW 2,00,000 as a fine in the same court on August 28, 2013, and the same court on February 6, 201, sentenced two years of imprisonment to a suspended sentence for the same crime on February 14, 2014, which became final and conclusive on February 14, 2014.
