1. The defendant shall pay 49,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. As to the claim, the Plaintiff sought payment of the construction cost of KRW 49.4 million to the Defendant (i.e., KRW 42.9 million for additional construction cost of B hotel painting Corporation + KRW 6.5 million for additional painting construction cost of D office transferred to C) and damages for delay calculated by the rate of KRW 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the copy of the complaint in this case is served to the day of complete payment (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
