1. The plaintiff's appeal and the defendant's incidental appeal are all dismissed.
2. Costs arising from an appeal and an incidental appeal shall be respectively.
Reasons
The court's reasoning concerning this case is the same as the part concerning the defendant among the reasons of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is accepted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and both the plaintiff's appeal and the defendant's incidental appeal are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
