A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana in a tobacco pipe in the first order of November 1, 2017; (b) around 10:00, at C’s dwelling area of the Government-si B B 101; and (c) smoked marijuana once in a way of smoking by inserting the fluence in the pipe of tobacco.
2. Smoking marijuana on February 21, 2018.
A. On February 21, 2018, the Defendant committed the A.M. on February 21, 2018: (a) moved from any restaurant located in the Dong able for the Government of Gu to Gangwon-si, along with C, D, E, and F, the Defendant: (a) moved from any restaurant located in the Dong able for the Government to Gangwon-si.
The Defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, and F, smoked marijuana in a way that the Defendant and C had in the said sponsor, put in tobacco pipes with a fire attached, and smoked once in a way of smoking.
B. On February 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) moved from the Pyeongtaek Olympic Games stadium to the Council of the Republic of Korea on February 21, 2018, the Defendant, along with C, D, E, and F, the Kaol Kaol that was driven by G, and moved from the Gangseo-gun Olympic Games Games to the Council of the Government.
The Defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, and F, smoked marijuana in a way that the Defendant and C had in the said sponsor, put in tobacco pipes with a fire attached, and smoked once in a way of smoking.
3. On February 21, 2018, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) received marijuana from C at the front of the residence of the C, which is located in the city of the Government-Si around February 21, 2018, in the vicinity of the C’s residence; (b) received marijuana from C free of charge.
4. Smoking marijuana around February 27, 2018.
A. On February 27, 2018, the Defendant committed the instant crime: (a) on February 27, 2018, parked in the vicinity of the I Hospital located in H on February 27, 2018, at the Government-si around 08:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana on one occasion by inserting in a tobacco pipe, among marijuana received as described in paragraph (3), in the Karen car operated by the Defendant, and attaching a fire.
B. On February 27, 2018, the Defendant committed the commission of the crime on February 27, 2018, among marijuana received, as described in paragraph 3, within the Defendant’s car siren car parked in any place of the Government Dong of Do-si, Do-si.
