A. On March 21, 2005, the Plaintiffs purchased the purchase price of KRW 12,586 square meters for 150,000,000 from Asan-si G (hereinafter “the deceased”) and paid KRW 40,000,000 for the intermediate payment on April 4, 2005, and KRW 40,000 for the intermediate payment on the same day, and KRW 40,000 for the intermediate payment on April 7, 2005, and KRW 20,000 for the remainder payment on December 13, 2005, respectively.

B. The Deceased died on June 2012, and the Deceased’s inheritor is Defendant C and E, the spouse of the deceased, who is the Defendant C and E.

C. Therefore, the Defendants, the inheritors of the deceased, are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on the above sale with respect to the inheritance shares of the instant real estate.

2. As to Defendant 1 of the applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment to be rendered as a confession due to the absence of a date for pleading (Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act) by public notice against Defendant 2: The fact that no dispute is raised against Defendant 3;
