1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 500,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from January 23, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
Description of Claim
The Plaintiff agreed to receive KRW 1,150,000,00, including interest on loans, from the Defendant until December 24, 2009. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 500,000,000 to the Defendant on May 19, 2009, KRW 300,000,000 on November 29, 2009, and KRW 850,000,000 on December 14, 2009.
The plaintiff shall seek part of the agreed amount of KRW 1,150,000,000.
