A. On July 30, 2007, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 71,000,000 to the Defendant at a rate of 20% per annum and on August 30, 2007 on the due date.

B. However, the defendant did not pay the above KRW 71,00,000 and interest thereon from August 31, 2007, and the plaintiff urged the performance of obligations over several times, but the defendant does not comply with this without any reason.

C. Therefore, the plaintiff, as stated in the purport of the claim, has filed a lawsuit against the defendant to seek the payment of the loan.
