대여금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 15,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
1. The Plaintiff, on May 28, 2014, lent KRW 25,000,000 to the Defendant on June 30, 2014, and KRW 10,000,000 on June 25, 2014, respectively, to the Defendant on June 30, 2014. The Plaintiff, on November 13, 200,000, KRW 200,000 on November 20, 2014, and KRW 5,000,000 on December 5, 2014, was obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of the leased principal, KRW 15,000,000 on the basis of the annual rate of delay damages from the next day of the instant complaint to the date of full payment.
