Although the judgment of the court below is led to the confession and reflect of the defendant, the defendant was punished several times due to the same kind of crime, the victim was punished, and the victims want to be punished. In full view of various circumstances, such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, the motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case, the circumstances after the crime, etc., the court below's punishment is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
