Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for three years after the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury to Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car.

On March 22, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol with 0.245% of blood alcohol concentration around 14:30 on March 22, 2020, and continued the revolving intersection of the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Kim Jong-si C in the front of the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Kim Jong-si.

In this case, the driver has a duty of care to prevent accidents by reducing speed and properly operating the steering direction and operation of the steering system in a safe way while driving the steering system.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of being drunkly driven by the Defendant while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant received the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the part of the right side of the G K7 car driven by the Victim F (F, South, and 80 years old) who was going to the intersection by the Western intersection.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, to the victim.

2. On May 30, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2.5 million from the Jeonju District Court to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on February 22, 2018, a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime was issued in the same court.

The Defendant driven the B rocketing car as described in paragraph (1) while under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.245% from around 400 meters from “I” in front of “I” in Kim Jong-si, to the revolving lane as described in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
