On March 15, 2014, the Defendant is a Chinese national who entered Jeju-do to enter the casino around 13:55 on March 15, 2014 with a travel agency operated by the victim C.

On March 15, 2014, the Defendant stated to the effect that “E” casino in Jeju Island referred to as “E will pay the amount equivalent to the said chips after the date on which the chips to be used in the casino are placed.”

However, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay the amount equivalent to the casino chips even if he received the casino chips from the victim at the time.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as such and obtained the casino chips equivalent to the sum of 550,000 Chinese money from the victim on the same day.

On March 16, 2014, the Defendant, in the “G” casino located in Jeju CityF on March 16, 2014, by deceiving the victim, and then deceiving the victim, he/she received the casino chips equivalent to 200,000 Chinese money from the victim.

As a result, the defendant deceivings the victim and defrauds the casino chips amounting to a total of 750,000 won ( approximately KRW 12,9750,000).
