1. The defendant's claim for the construction cost of KRW 1,102,00,000 as the secured claim regarding B forest land in Gyeyang-si.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the attached Form;
2. Applicable legal provisions: Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. In the auction procedure as to the forest and field stated in the text of the judgment, insofar as the Defendant asserted that there was a lien as secured claim and reported the lien, there is a benefit to seek confirmation of the absence of the above lien by filing a lawsuit against the Plaintiff.
