The Plaintiff is a housing reconstruction and improvement project association which completed the registration of incorporation on April 2, 2014 with the approval of establishment on March 28, 2014, for the purpose of implementing a housing reconstruction project (hereinafter referred to as “instant reconstruction project”) in the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Y Total 58,488.2 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “instant rearrangement zone”) pursuant to the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter referred to as “Urban Improvement Act”).

The Defendants are owners of each real estate listed in the list of attached Table 2 (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”) within the instant improvement zone.

In such cases, the rebuilding resolution shall be deemed the consent (referring to the consent to the designation of a project implementer in the case of subparagraph 3) for the establishment of an association, and the partitioned ownership and the right to use site shall be deemed the ownership and other rights of the land or buildings subject to the claim for sale

The Minister of Strategy and Finance shall have jurisdiction over the matters provided for in paragraph (1) of this Article.

1. A person who fails to consent to the establishment of an association under Article 16 (2) and (3);

2. A person who owns only structures or land (limited to a housing reconstruction project);
