On May 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed two boxes for assembly toy assembly, which amount to KRW 62,800, in the victim’s market price owned by the victim, in a 3 cans and four-story display stand located in the victim’s 1st floor display stand, using a gap in the surveillance of security personnel at a 4,11-8 Emba-dong 41-8, Ansan-gu Manyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Mayang-si, B, which was in possession of the victim’s 5,370 won.
