The reasons for this court's explanation are as follows: "The results of fact inquiry into Korean Teachers' Mutual Aid Association of this Court" of No. 2, No. 11 among the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance shall be "the results of fact inquiry into Korean Teachers' Mutual Aid Association of this Court"; "The entries of No. 4, 5, and 6 of the first instance court and the testimony of the witness I alone" of No. 4, 5, 6, 8 through 13 of the first instance court and the testimony of K of the first instance court shall be cited by applying the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except for the following reasons:
