A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around September 8, 2013, the Defendant, on September 8, 2013, taken a video image against the victim’s will, on the following grounds: (a) at a non-fluor’s room with a luoric vibration 09:33, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by using the Defendant’s Samsung galle-rol (a) with the Defendant’s Samsung C (a family name, fluor, 47 years old) with a sexual intercourse with the victim’s gallon.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame on the defendant's cell phone camera against his will.
2. On September 24, 2013, the Defendant, at around 15:41, on September 24, 2013, took a video image image against the victim’s will, using the Defendant’s Samsung Galthal ju (Gain, n, 47 years old) with the Defendant’s Samsung Galthal just, which was located in the Kamera, in a lusium with the lusium vibration 15:41, 2013.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame on the defendant's cell phone camera against his will.
3. On October 29, 2013, around October 29, 2013, the Defendant taken two photographs of the victim C (the victim’s name, leisure, 47 years old) against the victim’s will at around 21:22, Oct. 29, 2013; around 21:27 on the same day, at the non-fluor’s guest room located with the modified hydronam-si vibration, Gyeonggi-do; and at the Defendant’s Samsung Ggalle-si, the Defendant’s Samsung Galle-si, with the Defendant’s Samsung Falle-si phone, using S7 portable phone.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame on the defendant's cell phone camera against his will.
4. On May 18, 2017, the Defendant discovered the victim E (the name, female, 17 years old) and the victim F (the name, female, 18 years old) in the street near the Mannam-si, Sungnam-si, around 08:0 on May 18, 2017, the Defendant taken twice the victim’s bridge part of the victim’s bridge using a photograph photographic function of the S7 mobile phone camera-gu, Samsung Gallon, the Defendant located in the Kamera, and the victim F (the name, female, and 18 years old).
Accordingly, the defendant is the defendant.
