1. Defendant A is a person who carries out the election campaign with the candidate as a performance fee of the D candidate posted as a candidate C in the 7th national local election.

No one shall make, or have another make contribution to, a candidate or the political party to which he belongs in connection with an election.

Nevertheless, at around June 6, 2018, Defendant A provided the F 2 G G restaurant in E, with D candidates, etc., and provided the H and I with D candidates, “I shall vote” at the same time, and provided KRW 10,000 won in cash continuously at the rent.

As a result, Defendant A provided a total of KRW 20,00 won to the electorates or the electorates and related family members for D who moved as a candidate C in the 7th nationwide local election.

2. No person who makes, or has another make, contributions to an election in favor of a candidate or political party to which he belongs;

Nevertheless, at around 20:00 on June 6, 2018, Defendant B opened a luminous conference with seven members, including D and its driver J, volunteer K, L, M, N, and the president of the O merchants, and calculated 318,000 won for food.

As a result, Defendant B provided six volunteers K et al. with food of 238,500 won for D who had been posted as a candidate C in the 7th nationwide local election.
