A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
Any person shall slaughter and treat livestock, collect milk, and process, pack and store livestock products at a place of work permitted by the Mayor/Do Governor.
On February 2, 2013, the Defendant slaughtered 1 pigs at the Defendant’s swine breeding ground located in Busan Shipping Daegu B, not at a place of work permitted by the Mayor/Do Governor.
