A. Upon receipt of a request for lending money from the Defendant, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant on July 22, 2013; KRW 20,000,000 to C on September 26, 2013; and KRW 10,000,000 on October 28, 2013, respectively.

B. In addition, the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed KRW 20,000,000, which the Plaintiff remitted to C on September 26, 2013.

C. Therefore, as a borrower or joint guarantor of the above money, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the sum of KRW 60,000,000 and damages for delay.

2. Determination

A. 1) According to the overall purport of the statement and arguments as to the claim as to Gap's claim 1, 2, 1-1, 4-1, 7-1, 8-1, 1-3, and 1-3, the plaintiff, on July 22, 2013, prepared a loan certificate as stated on July 22, 2013, and remitted 30,000,000 won to the defendant, and the defendant did not repay the above amount to 30,00,000,000 won to 30,000,000 won to 30,000,000,00 won to 30,000,000 won to 30,000,000 won to 30,000,000 won to 20,000 won to 30,000,000 won to 30,000,000 won to 30,000.
