1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 16, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
