1. The defendant is based on the completion of the prescriptive acquisition on December 31, 1998 with respect to the amount of 254 square meters prior to C in racing to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(D) On June 6, 1954, after the death of the family head of the household, filed an application for the correction of the indication of the defendant as the party to the lawsuit, B, who is the party to the lawsuit (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
