If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

The Defendant is a person who operates a mutually Mongolian restaurant, called “C,” from the first floor of the Suwon-si B building in Suwon-si.

1. The Minister of Food and Drug Safety may determine and publicly notify standards for labelling livestock products for sale, and livestock products shall not sell them or process, pack, store, transport or display them for sale, unless the standards for labelling of livestock products meet the standards for labelling are satisfied;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while operating the Mongolian restaurant “Ccafeteria” around September 26, 2012, purchased a small amount of KRW 1,83,400 in total 23 times from October 20, 2010 to May 18, 2013, purchased a small amount of KRW 1,83,400 in total, and sold a small amount of KRW 13,000 per opening to unspecified customers visiting the restaurant, who visit the restaurant, as shown in the attached list of crimes, and sold part of the small amount of KRW 13,00 in total, to the general public who visit the restaurant.

2. The Minister of Food and Drug Safety in violation of the Food Sanitation Act may determine and publicly announce standards for labels of foods or food additives for sale, and shall not sell foods, etc., import, display, transport such foods, etc. for sale, unless the standards for labels are indicated in compliance with such standards;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while operating the restaurant, purchased a total of 1,83,400 won (one thousand won per unit price (one hundred thousand won) through 12,000 won (Bana), as shown in the annexed crime list, from October 20, 2010 to May 18, 2013, as well as purchasing a total of 23 times during the period from around October 20, 2010 to around May 20, 2013, without any labelling standard for processed livestock products purchased as stated in paragraph (1).
