1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. Basic facts
A. On September 10, 2013, the Plaintiff agreed with the Defendant and C as follows with respect to the sales contract, etc. as to the wife population D, 561.4 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) owned by the Plaintiff on the following occasions:
(hereinafter referred to as the “instant agreement”). The Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”) and the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “B”) and the joint and several sureties (hereinafter referred to as the “A”) of the wife population D (hereinafter referred to as the “C”), each of Gohap-do, Gyeonggi-do, shall sign an agreement to prepare and implement a letter of agreement as follows, and mutually agree on the same effect as the notarial deed:

1. “B” is required to receive KRW 1,00,000,000 ( KRW 600,000), which is the full amount of the land purchase price, as “A” and “B” will take measures against “B” and “B” as set forth in the following subparagraphs, as the document for registration related to the above D purchase price payment, provided that “A” will be provided on September 11, 2013 to E judicial scrivener offices (Seoul-gu F building 401, Incheon-gu, Seoul-gu, and the Secretary G) with respect to the remaining outstanding amount of KRW 450,000,000 ( KRW 450,00,000).
The term "B" shall not exercise any authority over the ownership of land until "B" completes the amount of KRW 450,000 (450,000,000) that has not been paid for the purchase and sale of land, and "B" shall have the obligation to provide "B" with all administrative documents, etc. necessary for the construction project in the land to "B" so that the construction project may be completed in a successful manner.
(b) “A” shall pay “A” the amount of KRW 450,000 (450,000,000) that has not been paid for the purchase and sale of land within six months, and “B” shall not be liable for the amount of KRW 450,000 (450,000) that has not been paid.
“A soldier is a joint and several surety” and all the constructors of the building project in that land.
