1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff’s rating classification decision 1 on the physical recognition business (CHGE UP) game products is the “physical recognition business” (hereinafter “instant game products”) as a case game product on January 29, 2000.
The former Act on Sound Records, Video Products and Game Software (wholly amended by Act No. 6473 of May 24, 2001; hereinafter the same applies) with respect to the foregoing.
Pursuant to the following, an application for a rating has been filed with the Korea Media Rating Board as the content of the game as follows.
