However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 2, 2013, the Defendant unlawfully used the number plate of the air hox, attached to a DNA hox car registration number plate operated by the Defendant for the purpose of exercising the number plate prior to the registration of the car for the car at C EXE which was found in the vicinity of the secondhand in Daegu-gun:00 on October 2, 2013.

2. From October 2, 2013 to November 18:15, 2013, the Defendant illegally used air units with the foregoing unlawfully used air units from Oct. 2, 2013 to Nov. 21, 2013, the Defendant exercised the air units illegally used by running the said unlawfully used air units.
