1. The defendant shall pay 35,050,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 14, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On August 8, 2019, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) ordered Cate Corporation to the Defendant on a contract basis; (b) paid KRW 65 million as the construction cost; (c) the Defendant demanded additional construction cost without any particular reason; and (d) suspended construction; and (b) the Plaintiff, out of the construction cost already paid, demanded a return of the total amount equivalent to KRW 350,500,000 paid by the Plaintiff while having another company perform the remaining construction work; (b) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice)
