Reasons

1. Although the main intent of the facts charged is to preserve the road structures and to prevent the danger of operation, the Defendant’s employee B, at around 06:44 on May 11, 2007, loaded and operated the freight of 44.48 tons in a vehicle owned by the Defendant C on the road in front of the river in the Ansan-gu, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si on May 11, 2007, and around 06:44 on May 11, 2007.
