1. The defendant shall pay 443,630,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 6, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(However, the creditor’s “Plaintiff” and “debtor” are deemed to be the Defendant.
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of dismissal: The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) was enforced on June 1, 2019. Under the said provision, the statutory interest rate under the said Act from June 1, 2019, is 12% per annum.
The claim for damages for delay in excess shall be dismissed.
