The defendants are jointly and severally liable to the plaintiff 46,698,00 won and 6% per annum from April 10, 2020 to September 1, 2020.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The defendants submitted only a formal written objection stating that the original copy of the payment order is served, but they did not submit a written answer disputing the plaintiff's assertion but did not appear on the date of pleading. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of the plaintiff's assertion.
