A. On February 28, 2017, the Defendant drafted a letter of intent to pay the remainder of KRW 281,074,891 out of the work price of KRW 708,680,370 to the Anti-Nan Public Corporation.

B. On April 21, 2017, anti-u public corporation transferred KRW 270,00,000 out of the remainder of the construction price to the Plaintiff, and notified the transfer of the claim on the same day.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff, the assignee, 270,000,000 won with 15% interest per annum from the day following the service of the original copy of the instant payment order to the day of complete payment.
