A Imprisonment for one year, each of the defendants B, C, D, E, and F shall be punished by imprisonment for 10 months, defendant G, and H, respectively.

Defendant

A was the chairperson of K clan clan from April 27, 2008 to February 7, 2014. Defendant B was the advisor of the same clan clan from around 2009 to the end of the end of 2013. Defendant C was the vice-chairperson of the same clan clan from around 2009 to December 2013. Defendant C was the vice-chairperson of the same clan clan; Defendant C was the head of the same clan clan was the head of the same clan clan for the same period.
