1. The defendant shall pay 85 million won to the plaintiff.

[Indication of Claim] On August 7, 2013, the Plaintiff leased the C Apartment 110, 506 from the Defendant on the following terms: (a) from September 27, 2013 to September 27, 2015, the Plaintiff paid the lease deposit of KRW 85 million to the Defendant and occupied the said apartment; (b) on July 27, 2015, the contact with the Defendant was made to extend the lease term, but the contact was not made; (c) the period was terminated on September 27, 2017; (d) the Defendant demanded the return of KRW 85 million due to the termination of the lease term [based on recognition] by service (Evidence Nos. 1 through 4 and each of the items of subparagraphs A through A and Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act; and (e) Article 38(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
