2. Grounds for recognition: The entries in the evidence of subparagraphs 1 through 4 and the purport of whole pleadings, and judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (Presidential Decree) were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment under Article 2(2) of the Addenda (Presidential Decree No. 26553) shall be recognized and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
