On June 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the Jeju District Court on June 2, 2016, and the sentence became final and conclusive on October 14 of the same year.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car B A6 car.

On September 14, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on September 14, 2016, and proceeded straight along the two-lane distance from the new luminous distance to the two-lane from the entrance of the off-day market located in the 7795 (Nomene-dong) per week at Jeju.
