The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on February 16, 2012, and the execution of the sentence is terminated on November 5 of the same year, and ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the same court on March 27, 2013, and the same year.

6. 12. The same court sentenced each of six months to imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion theft, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment on June 14, 2014.

1. On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 as of the end of July 2014, the Defendant: (b) opened a window not corrected at the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in the Gu-Si, Gu-si; (c) intruded into the said restaurant; and (d) cited KRW 80,000 in cash owned by the victim’s bank located in the said restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant invaded another person's structure at night and stolen another's property.

On September 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on September 10, 2014, the Defendant: (b) returned password I to the entrance door locks operated by the Victim G in the Gumi-si, Gumi-si; (c) opened an entrance in the said restaurant; and (d) opened the entrance in the said restaurant; and (c) took a significant amount of the market price, such as spawned and brued rice and kimchi, which are owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invaded another person's structure at night and stolen another's property.

On September 21, 2014, the Defendant was unable to commit a special larceny on September 21, 2014, at around 22:10, at around 22:10, while cutting down a locked door door of the restaurant as stated in the above paragraph (2) and destroying it, and painting stolen articles into the said restaurant, the Defendant was not aware of the wind sent to K during the course of the police box called up.

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to steal another person's property by destroying part of the structure, such as the door, etc. at night, and by impairing another person's structure.
