A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief: (a) around September 27, 2013, the Defendant: (b) found the victim C’s towing vehicle on the front of the Masan-si Central dong 2, 5, Changwon-si, Masan National Police Station, which was located in Masan-si (hereinafter “Masan-si”); (c) discovered the victim’s towing vehicle on the front of the Masan-si, Masan-si (hereinafter “Masan-si”); and (d) opened a stud door door, the victim’s market price of which is equivalent to KRW 250,000,000 and was in storage, and cut off with one stief, the market price of which is 250,00
2. At around 22:50 on September 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim G (30 years of age) parked his/her HM5 car on the front of the F Driving Schools located in M&A city E, Changwon-si, M&A; (b) discovered that he/she was seated in his/her seat; and (c) thought the victim to have the said car deducted from the victim.
Therefore, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat of the said vehicle and moved the victim to the outside of the said vehicle by hand with the lower part of the victim’s hand, putting the victim’s face into the bottom of the victim’s face, breaking the victim’s face into the bottom by pushing the victim’s locking the victim’s resistance, putting the victim’s chest and part of the ship, etc., and dumping the victim’s resistance by driving the vehicle into the driver’s seat of the said vehicle. However, the Defendant tried to force the victim by driving the vehicle up to the driver’s seat of the said vehicle. However, the Defendant did not intend to stop operating the vehicle speed change system of the Defendant and wanting the victim to help others in the surrounding areas while stopping the vehicle speed change operation of the said vehicle. As a result of the said assault, the Defendant sawd the victim’s cump, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment due to the said assault.
3. On September 28, 2013, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant’s injury are front of a strong team office of the Minsan District Police Station located in 147 as Changwon-si 3.15, Changwon-si around 01:00.
