The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The Defendant and the victim B (Nam, 60 years old) of the instant facts charged are the bus drivers belonging to C with the workplace.
On May 10, 2020, at around 12:30 on May 12:30, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim on one occasion before the victim, who took photographs of the victim using Handphones in front of the E-vehicle located in Sinpo City D.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260(1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Withdrawal of complaints and submission of a written agreement to the effect that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant after prosecution;
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
