Around April 26, 2012, the Defendant and A obtained a loan of KRW 900,000,000 from the Victim Small and Medium Business Corporation in the above company office located in Gwangju Mine-gu, the Defendant and A entered into a mortgage contract with the victim as to the type 55 points (the total appraised amount of KRW 82,094,700) including the machinery, equipment, etc. installed in the above company factory, and the victim had a duty to keep the machinery, equipment, etc., the object of which is the object of the mortgage until the debt is repaid, in accordance with the purpose of the mortgage.
